Any other web site, which claims to be related to Morgan Stanley Securities or may lead investors to believe it is being operated by Morgan Stanley Securities, is illegal and fake. We remind investors to be cautious and not to fall prey to phishing sites.

Second, Morgan Stanley Securities currently doesn’t conduct or engage in any securities investment consulting business. The company and any of its employees won’t provide any securities investment advisory information or services through any method or channel. They won’t recruit members, recommend stocks, help clients buy or sell shares or conduct wealth management business in any form.

Third, once we discover any entity which passes itself off as Morgan Stanley Securities to cheat investors, we will immediately report it to the public security authority as well as inform the securities regulatory authority. Such violations not only infringe upon the legitimate rights of our company, but also seriously infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of investors. We strongly condemn such behavior and reserve the right to take further legal actions.
